CONCEPT OF
FERMENTATION

Fermentation

In both the East and the West, it seemed to recognize fermentation for the first time when seeing alcohol
ripening. The root of fermentation is the Latin “fever”. As when microorganisms ferment, the bubbles are formed while making a simmering sound of bubbling.

These microorganisms show a slice of fermentation in different aspects of their way depending on the characteristics of the fermentation object – boiling, bubbling, risen, or mycelium and spores spreading on the surface as if flowering.

THE WONDERS OF KOREAN
FERMENTATION

Our Process

Our proprietary traditional Korean fermentation starts with the finest beneficial herbs. Then we select the perfect timing and temperature to achieve the optimum conditions for the natural breakdown of the internal substances/constituents to occur.

With the precise amount of water, each batch is carefully prepared with great accuracy, patience and diligence-in order for the entire fermentation process to be completed. Average length of time for the entire fermentation process to complete, creating good probiotics in the tea, is approximately 90-365 days.
