Red Polygoni root is kind of knotgrass vine plant, tuberous root type. It takes years to grow and months to process, which maximizes nutrition and effectiveness. This slow and patient root will give you a comfortable day.

Jeju Dwarf Bamboo leaf

Jeju Dwarf Bamboo leaf is special endemic species that only grows in Jeju Island. With widely known effects of bamboo leaves with Jeju sasa palmata leaf's specialty, currently there is an ongoing R&D on Jeju sasa palmata leaf's functional aspects in depth.

How to enjoy IDO tea?

Pour 10~15oz of fresh boiling water over one(1) tea bag. Steep 1~2 minutes.
Remove tea bag. Serve and enjoy. Each tea bag makes at least 2 cups of tea!
