Kudzu Root

With right kind of fermentation, starch components in Kudzu break down to an easily digestable form,
releasing the delicate earthy taste. Kudzu contains Puerarine, Daidzin, Genistein and Daidzein
that are known to help with estoregen secretion and anticancer activity.

How to enjoy IDO tea?

Pour 10~15oz of fresh boiling water over one(1) tea bag. Steep 1~2 minutes.
Remove tea bag. Serve and enjoy. Each tea bag makes at least 2 cups of tea!
